"The new “drop-mag” feature was developed based on requests from major agencies and military units, who wanted to add reload manipulation to their training, while still getting the benefits of the unmistakably safe red weapons. As evidence of the demand for its patent-pending solution, ASP says that the French Army ordered and deployed five-thousand pistols and an equal number of rifles as soon as they became available."
