We’ve designed the ASP web shop to be fast, easy and user-friendly. You can find what you’re looking for quickly, get all of the information and images you need to make an informed purchase, and complete your order quickly and securely. But there are still real people here in our Wisconsin office to help, so if you have any difficulties or need assistance, just contact us.

Where required, sales tax is added to orders based on state and local laws and rates.  If you are making a tax-exempt purchase, please contact us for personal assistance and offline processing.

If you prefer to shop with a local, national, or other online retailer, you can find an ASP dealer here. We support our international distribution network and encourage you to visit these excellent resellers.


Orders ship from our warehouse in Appleton, WI. We make every effort to ship within 3 business days; the majority of in-stock orders leave the warehouse within 1-2 business days. Personalized/laser-engraved orders may require more time.

Orders ship either UPS or USPS.  Orders over $99 will receive free ground shipping (continental US). Some exclusions apply. Defenders and Inserts can only be shipped UPS ground.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: a limited assortment of products is available for worldwide shipping. This includes primarily flashlights, training gear, lifestyle products and other non-restricted items (batons, restraints, OC and other restricted items are strictly prohibited from international shipping and will automatically be removed from international shopping cart).

If you are outside the USA, you should get a welcome message and see your country flag appear automatically in the upper right corner of the site, then you can just shop as usual. For restricted law enforcement products, or for local service, click here to find your nearest distributor.


ASP warrants its products to be free from defects in original workmanship and materials. Our obligation under this warranty shall be limited to replacing or repairing, at our discretion, any ASP product or part thereof returned to us (prepaid) and found to be defective. Qualified warranty service will be provided free of charge for parts and labor.

Warranty does not cover improper use, cosmetic damage or normal wear-and-tear, or misuse. Misuse voids any warranty, expressed or implied. Products not qualifying for warranty service will be repaired at a nominal charge if returned (prepaid) to ASP, Inc — ATTN: Repairs — 2511 East Capitol Dr., Appleton, WI 54911.

This original manufacturing warranty covers most ASP products for life. Sentry Batons carry a 1-year warranty. Expired or used Defender Inserts and depleted batteries are not covered by warranty. Product-specific warranty information is found in the clamshell card in the packaging; if you have warranty questions, please contact us.

Satisfaction Policy

If you are not satisfied with a product purchased on this site, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund minus the original shipping cost. The item(s) must be in new condition, with original packaging and a copy of your order included. You are responsible for any return shipping costs. We suggest shipping via trackable service for your protection, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

If you bought your ASP product someplace other than this website, please contact place of purchase for return information.

Some factory outlet items are sold “final sale, as-is,” may have limited or no warranty coverage, and may not be returned. Please read specific product information for details. Engraved or other customized products cannot be returned unless we make an error. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
