Sales Team

ASP is proud to have the finest sales team in the law enforcement industry (that’s not just our opinion—it’s what our customers tell us all the time). Unlike many companies, our Sales Directors are full-time, salaried territory managers, not commissioned multi-line representatives. While there are many outstanding independent reps, and that model works well for many manufacturers, the dedicated Director model has proven to be better for us and for our customers. It enables our sales team to be completely aligned on our mission and incentives. It allows them to shift attention and resources among varying priorities—from Distributor sales, to agency relations, to training programs and more—rather than just be under pressure to write orders.

George joined ASP in 2022, after an accomplished 33-year law enforcement career. He specialized in drug enforcement and special response, and retired with the rank of Captain. Originally hailing from Meraux, Louisiana, George’s passions include competitive spearfishing in the Gulf of Mexico, and Texas Hold’em Poker. George says “I was excited for the next chapter of my career to be with ASP. My department has carried ASP batons for nearly 30 years, so I know the quality and effectiveness—I love that I can convey that to our customers confidently, firsthand.”

John has been with ASP since 2020. He is originally from Asheville, NC and has over 20 years of experience in sales and operations—thirteen of which were in the public safety industry. John enjoys music, travel, science, and history. Of his work at ASP, he says, “I find working at ASP fulfilling, because in a very real way, what we do helps to ensure that our law enforcement officers go home safe. We take that very seriously, and I am proud of that.”

Nathan joined ASP in 2014. He’s originally from western Pennsylvania, but has lived in Minnesota for almost twenty years. Prior to coming to ASP, Nathan spent several successful years on the sales and marketing team of another major law enforcement equipment manufacturer. In his spare time, he enjoys fishing and curling in his adopted home state. Nathan comments, “representing ASP means directly supporting law enforcement officers, making sure they have the best possible equipment and training. And this, in turn, helps the communities they serve.”

Marc has officially been with ASP since 2017, but really much longer—for years prior to joining our sales team, he was our Distributor in Belgium. After his army service, Marc dedicated his career to supporting military and law enforcement professionals, and he continues that commitment as our “international ambassador”—traveling up to 200 days a year in the process. Marc and his wife enjoy riding their motorcycles, and good food and drink. Marc says “I love working with so many passionate colleagues at ASP. It is reflected in our team’s attitude, motivation, and product expertise. And it enables us to get our customers passionate about the business as well.”

Aaron started with ASP in 2019. He’s a native of Charleston (the one in West Virginia), and prior to joining ASP he had a long and successful career in the telecom industry. His earlier career highlights included sales management positions with Sprint and Samsung. In his free time, Aaron enjoys competing in sports—particularly wrestling, boxing and powerlifting—and spending time with his teenage son. Aaron says “it’s very rewarding to work for a company that has such a great reputation and positive impact on the law enforcement community.”

Ray joined the ASP sales team in 2023, but he has been “in the family” since he became an Instructor in 2014, and a Trainer four years later. Ray has a deep background in training, beginning with his military career—he served in Desert Storm/Desert Shield, and taught nuclear, biological, chemical warfare survivability—and continuing through ten years as a law enforcement firearms instructor. In his spare time, Ray is an avid cyclocross/mountain bike rider. He comments that “Working for ASP has given me the sense of belonging to something bigger than myself.”

Carlos joined ASP in 2024, following four years of service in law enforcement. Prior to his public service, Carlos had a successful career in sales, so he comes to ASP with a great perspective on both what we do and who we do it for. Carlos lives in California with his wife and their two dogs. Outside of work, he competes in muay thai and boxing, and enjoys snowboarding, hiking, and hunting. Carlos is deeply committed to officer safety and wellbeing, and says that “being able to provide tools and training to help my brothers and sisters in blue go home safe every day goes way beyond a job. It’s a mission for me.”

Bill has been with ASP since 2015. He has over thirty years of military and law enforcement experience, as a Desert Storm Veteran and retired Detective Sergeant with the New Jersey State Police. He and his wife live on a 6-acre farm in New Jersey, and they enjoy backpacking, camping, sailing, beekeeping and gardening. They have four children, three of whom are also in the military. Bill says his personal mission is "To provide exceptional products and service to the law enforcement community, and to be available to my customers whenever and wherever they need me.”
