New Ultra Cuff Restraints Armament Systems and Procedures (ASP), one of the world’s leading manufacturers of law enforcement products, has unveiled the new Ultra Cuff, the first forged rigid frame restraint. The Ultra Cuff incorporates all of the innovative advances in handcuff design that ASP pioneered, including an interchangeable lockset, conical bows and double sided keyways.
