Orders ship from our warehouse in Appleton, WI. The majority of in-stock orders leave the warehouse within 1-2 business days. Personalized/laser-engraved orders may require more time.
Orders ship either UPS or USPS. Orders over $99 qualify for free standard ground
shipping (Continental US). Some exclusions apply. OC Defenders and Inserts may only be shipped via UPS
Ground.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: a limited assortment of products is available for worldwide shipping. This includes primarily flashlights, training gear, lifestyle products and other non-restricted items. Batons, restraints, OC and other restricted items are strictly prohibited from international shipping and will automatically be removed from international shopping cart.

Certificate (Blank):
The blank Certificate can be completed using the format shown on the example included with the order. Straight path printers (printers that do not bend the paper) will produce the best results.
Certificate (Printed):
ASP will print the name of the certified officer on the Certificate. Please list the name of each certified officer in the notes section at checkout. The certification date and training location can also be printed on the Certificate. We need to know the city, state and training date so please include that in your order notes.
