Shipping

Orders ship from our warehouse in Appleton, WI. The majority of in-stock orders leave the warehouse within 1-2 business days. Personalized/laser-engraved orders may require more time.

Orders ship either UPS or USPS.  Orders over $99 qualify for free standard ground
shipping (Continental US). Some exclusions apply. OC Defenders and Inserts may only be shipped via UPS
Ground.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: a limited assortment of products is available for worldwide shipping. This includes primarily flashlights, training gear, lifestyle products and other non-restricted items. Batons, restraints, OC and other restricted items are strictly prohibited from international shipping and will automatically be removed from international shopping cart.

Lithium primary cells are the international standard for powering tactical lighting products. An extremely dense energy source, Lithium batteries have a ten year shelf life. They function in a wide range of temperatures and environments. Lithium power cells are leakproof and vibration resistant. They provide the most dependable source of power currently available for handheld professional lights.

ASP Lithium cells incorporate a positive temperature coefficient (PTC) protection circuit and safety vent. The system prevents instabillity in the event a cell overheats or should rapidly discharge as the result of a short. ASP Lithium CR123A Batteries are packaged in a 4 cell clamshell, 12 cell box or 50 cell carton. A free Link storage case is included in each clamshell and box.

IMPORTANT: Separately-packaged batteries (meaning any batteries not shipped packaged with a flashlight) can not be shipped via US Mail, or by air (UPS overnight, 2-Day, etc.). If you order these batteries, please make sure to only select standard UPS Ground shipping.

ALL flashlights and/or batteries cannot go UPS Ground to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands or Channel Islands off the shores of California.
