Agent Concealable Baton, (Airweight) 50cm
The Agent Baton incorporates a 4140 steel striking surface. The 7075 T6 aluminum middle shaft and handle are forged to shape and then precision machined. The grip is fine line, Crosstec knurled with spiral micro grooves. Rings accept the included Nexus baton clip.
Agent Batons expand to 30, 40 or 50 cm. They have the form, fit and striking potential of a duty baton. The reduced diameter and low profile grip of the Agent may be concealed inside the waistband or worn on the belt. The Nexus clip may be adjusted to a variety of positions along the handle to enhance concealment or ease of presentation. Agent Batons can be carried tip up or tip down. As with all ASP Talon Loc Batons, the Agent is retracted with a simple push of the cap.

"Solid presentation, easy to retract. Small and light enough for a 5’3” individual to conceal in waistband, yet long enough and sufficiently substantial to be an effective tool. Not LE, but some escrima training. Much easier to carry than a 26” rattan stick, and how would that look in the grocery store? I am pleased with my purchase, and feel more secure in those parking lots at night."

"The ease of baton being pocketable is a great delight. In ways one who carries a folder knife, it is of similar effect, without being “concealed”, but discreet. Of course the one can carry it on belt or IWB. The functions of deployment & retraction utilizing the push button works exactly as it supposed to. It leaves option to deploy it deliberately or discreetly, whatever the situation calls for. I think the push button allows it last longer for no use of force, constantly needed. Size options are great too, the one I got was the longest version and it is a correct size for close quarters encounters but still enough reach. The texture on handle is just right during use or training for it stays in one’s grip, confidently. My only issue is the clip, though retention is good and user’s friendly push clip for ease of reclining to pocket or belt; during training, when striking in-air strongly, multiple times, I saw later the ring area of clip has a crack and soon to be broken. During grip of handle & clip with full swings it is not durable enough. Possibly if it was also made of aluminum not plastic this wouldn’t occur. Everything is so durable, lightweight, & extremely functional it is the one & only drawback. Is there an option to buy just the clip? If so, I would buy it and next time take extra precaution to not have clip in grip during full swings. Thanks ASP!!!"

"When I first got this, I bought it with the intent of having a less-lethal option for off-duty and plain-clothes use. But after getting it, I decided to use it for patrol duty as well. It’s as solid as just about anything else ASP puts out, and it’s weight on the duty belt. Compared to other expandable batons that my department issues, this is easier to use and manipulate. I can’t recommend it enough."
