Orders ship from our warehouse in Appleton, WI. The majority of in-stock orders leave the warehouse within 1-2 business days. Personalized/laser-engraved orders may require more time.

Orders ship either UPS or USPS.  Orders over $99 qualify for free standard ground
shipping (Continental US). Some exclusions apply. OC Defenders and Inserts may only be shipped via UPS
Ground.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: a limited assortment of products is available for worldwide shipping. This includes primarily flashlights, training gear, lifestyle products and other non-restricted items. Batons, restraints, OC and other restricted items are strictly prohibited from international shipping and will automatically be removed from international shopping cart.

The Agent® Baton incorporates a 4140 steel striking surface. The 4140 Steel middle shaft and handle are forged to shape and then precision machined. The grip is fine line, Crosstec knurled with spiral micro grooves. Rings accept the included Nexus baton clip.

Agent Batons expand to 30, 40 or 50 cm. They have the form, fit and striking potential of a duty baton. The reduced diameter and low profile grip of the Agent may be concealed inside the waistband or worn on the belt. The Nexus clip may be adjusted to a variety of positions along the handle to enhance concealment or ease of presentation. Agent Batons can be carried tip up or tip down. As with all ASP Talon Loc Batons, the Agent is retracted with a simple push of the cap.

"The grip and the length are fantastic, feels durable, lighter than the F series, and the push-button control feels very reliable (easier to use than the Talon's button control!). The only issue is the plastic clip for hanging: the plastic interferes with handling the baton, instinctively you will have to practice removing and holding the baton several times to feel like you have control when you need to whip it out; the plastic clip also cannot be removed, so you will need to saw it off if it it's not working for you. . . Otherwise it feels like a reliable and compact baton. I would recommend the 50 cm if you are going to acquire this model -- the 40 and 30 are, imo, too small to have any real effect or impact."

"Hands down the best expandable yet imo! Got my first ASP 26 years ago when I was in the academy for L.E. Bought a Talon 2 years ago which stays in my vehicle and that was a huge improvement over the expandable I was used to. The Agent Infinity are by far the best I’ve seen though.
