Orders ship from our warehouse in Appleton, WI. The majority of in-stock orders leave the warehouse within 1-2 business days. Personalized/laser-engraved orders may require more time.

Orders ship either UPS or USPS.  Orders over $99 qualify for free standard ground
shipping (Continental US). Some exclusions apply. OC Defenders and Inserts may only be shipped via UPS
Ground.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: a limited assortment of products is available for worldwide shipping. This includes primarily flashlights, training gear, lifestyle products and other non-restricted items. Batons, restraints, OC and other restricted items are strictly prohibited from international shipping and will automatically be removed from international shopping cart.

The ASP Double Handcuff Case retains Chain or Hinge Restraints in a secure, low profile configuration. The elastic side technology of the carrier yields a compact, divided design. The adjustable hook and loop cover securely retains one single or two stacked handcuffs. The case includes a Pentagon Handcuff Key mounted in an integral back pocket.

The Snap-Loc Belt Loop will clip onto all MOLLE equipped vests as well as military or duty belts.

This case is compatible with ASP Chain and Hinge restraints. It is available in Black, Basketweave, Ballistic and ASPtec.

*On all Double Cases except ASPtec version, which has a slide-through belt loop that is not MOLLE compatible.

"Outstanding quality and convenience. I bought this in the leather, but wish I'd gotten it in the nylon to match other stuff, but I saw a sale. I put it on a regular daily-wear belt and it felt like it got heavy FAST. I set it aside then tried it on my work belt which is wider, and it was much easier to manage. While I still think I prefer cuffs in separate belt carriers, this is a great option for carrying two sets of cuffs when you have limited real estate on your duty belt."

Good case

"The case does what it say, it holds 2 pairs of ASP cuffs. It's secure and the elastic seems tough. My only issue is the elastic is so strong that it closes the cuffs too much and they close all the way. But I guess that's better than being too loose."

Works great

"I have been carrying a set of chain and a set of hinged asp cuffs in the ballistic version of this case for a couple years now. The Velcro has held up well and the rest of the case is very well made. My only complaint is it is very bulky. It works great on my vest however I don’t think I would like it on my belt due to the size. As with most asp products though it is very well made and easy to use and I can’t really complain to much about it because any other cuff cases I used did not last more than a year before falling apart or wearing out the Velcro."
